From the world-famous Brooklyn Bridge and its adjacent park to the trendy hot spot of DUMBO and the much talked about Williamsburg – the epicenter of Brooklyn’s hipster culture – we will explore all of the best that this borough has to offer!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Cancellations: Customers who provide at least 72 hours cancellation notice will receive a full refund. However, credit card fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers will also receive a full refund, minus credit card fees if the museum cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the total price. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please get in touch with us by email. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their tour without additional fees if they provide at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the tour will be subject to availability and may incur a $10 processing fee. To reschedule your tour, please email us.
