Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Cancellations: Customers who provide at least 72 hours cancellation notice will receive a full refund. However, credit card fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers will also receive a full refund, minus credit card fees if the museum cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the total price. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please get in touch with us by email. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their tour without additional fees if they provide at least 72 hours' notice.
