Terms and Conditions – Museum and Walking Tours

The Walk NYC serves only as a facilitator and coordinator, connecting participants with independent tour guides. All museum tours and walking tours are conducted by independent guides who are not employees, agents, or representatives of The Walk NYC.

By booking or participating in any tour, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• All tour guides operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

• The Walk NYC does not accept, process, or manage any payments related to these tours. All payments are made directly to the independent tour guide providing the service.

• Any payment disputes, refunds, or financial matters must be handled directly between the participant and the tour guide. The Walk NYC is not responsible for any payment-related issues.

• The Walk NYC assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, services, or conduct of the independent tour guides.

• The Walk NYC acts only as a connection platform between participants and the tour guides organizing and leading the tours.

• Participants take part in the tours at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Walk NYC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or inconvenience that may occur during the tours.
